I don't know about you, but the holiday season can be so stressful and mind numbing. Spending more time with family can be challenging because let's face it, not all of us have the perfect familial relationships.
There's the mad dash to get holiday gifts for loved ones (I personally find this one overwhelming) and the desire to get everything wrapped up by the end of the year (literally and figuratively).
Can't we just take a breather and relax? We'll, that's why our last class for 2024 is all about using art for relaxation.
We’ll go through a relaxing art meditation to help you ease your mind and ground your nervous system. You do not need to have any experience with art to benefit from this class.
Theme: Art for Relaxation

What you’ll need:
1 piece of large paper (at least 8.5x11)
Color medium (colored pencils, crayons, markers, pastels, paint, watercolor)
Pen or pencil
Journal or paper
Personal comforts (i.e. water, tea, candle, incense, fuzzy blanket, kitten)
